Restore your well-being and balance, naturally, with NatMed in Lausanne

Because your well-being is essential, NatMed, opens its doors to you, in the heart of Lausanne at Place de la Riponne 1, to accompany you on the path to health and well-being.

A caring, personalised approach to naturopathy

Pleased to meet you, I'm Charlotte Jacot, a passionate naturopath and founder of the ‘NatMed’ practice. My commitment is simple: to help you rediscover overall harmony, whether it's a health problem, active prevention or a desire to improve your physical, mental and/or emotional well-being. As each individual is unique, so must be your support. That's why I take the time to listen to you attentively and sympathetically, so that I can fully understand your needs and offer you care that's entirely tailored to you, your lifestyle and your pace. My approach is based on ETM naturopathy (traditional European medicine), combining a balanced diet, natural remedies (plants, trace elements, etc.), manual techniques, stress management tools and much more, for a global and lasting result.

Tailor-made support for a lasting balance

Whether you're dealing with chronic disorders, digestive problems, hormonal imbalances, stress or fatigue, NatMed offers you individualised support. My mission is to guide you towards natural health, taking into account your body and your emotional state. Together, we'll gently work towards a solution by taking concrete action tailored to your daily life and situation.

Course of a naturopathic treatment

Naturopathic support is provided in two stages: an initial session known as an anamnesis, followed by one or more follow-up sessions depending on your needs. The anamnesis is the first meeting between the naturopath and yourself. This session, which lasts 1.5 hours on average, enables an overall health assessment to be drawn up, taking into account your physical (organs, systems), emotional, mental and environmental aspects. Thanks to this in-depth discussion, it is possible to offer you a tailor-made programme, perfectly suited to your situation and expectations. Follow-up sessions last around 1 hour and are essential for measuring the progress of the programme, adjusting the recommendations and taking the actions put in place further. They allow us to adapt the solutions proposed, to reinforce the benefits obtained and to support you towards your goal of greater well-being in a caring and effective way. During these follow-up consultations, we work together to fine-tune the strategies we've put in place, whether in terms of eating habits, stress management or the adoption of natural techniques suited to your everyday life. This gradual, personalised support will enable you to move forward calmly and sustainably towards an overall balance.

A practice in the heart of Lausanne, accessible to all

The NatMed practice is ideally located at Place de la Riponne 1, right in the centre of Lausanne. Easily accessible by public transport (metro and bus) or by car thanks to the ‘INOVIL’ car park, the practice also has a lift to ensure comfortable access for all. For those who prefer a long-distance consultation, it is entirely possible to opt for support by videoconference, offering the same quality of listening and advice.

Recognised and constantly evolving expertise

I'm a graduate of the EPSN (Ecole Professionnelle Supérieure de Naturopathie) in MTE naturopathy (traditional European medicine). I'm currently preparing to obtain my federal branch certificate, and I'm also doing a lot of additional training to expand my ‘toolbox’ and meet your needs as effectively as possible.
