OMEGA - Celebrates the Opening of Its New Boutique in Verbier with an Exclusive Alpine Gala

OMEGA marked the grand opening of its latest boutique in Verbier on the evening of December 22nd, with an exclusive ribbon-cutting ceremony and gala celebration. Set in the heart of the Swiss Alps, the event gathered VIP guests and friends of the brand, for a memorable night of alpine elegance, joined by OMEGA’s global ambassador, actor Paul Wesley.
The boutique is situated in a top location, and just steps away from the ski lifts, it reflects OMEGA’s continued commitment to excellence, innovation, and its deep- rooted ties to sports.
The boutique experience combines the cozy atmosphere of a chalet with contemporary elegance. Its unique interior design features natural wood surfaces, Zebrano wood furniture, cream-colored leather accents, and modern decorative elements. The setting is complemented by a stone fireplace, a bar lounge, and a balcony offering breathtaking views of the Val de Bagnes.
Among the boutique’s special highlights are the two-meter-tall golden astronaut sculpture at the entrance, which gives it a distinctive character, as well as a decorative chairlift in front of the façade.
President and CEO Raynald Aeschlimann, who officiated the ribbon-cutting ceremony, expressed his enthusiasm for the launch: "Verbier is the perfect setting for OMEGA. The event also welcomed other notable ambassadors and friends of OMEGA, including the Swiss fashion designer, Kevin Germanier; the golfing sisters, Kim and Morgane Metraux; the Olympic Games alpine skier, Mathilde Gremaud; the former Miss Switzerland, Christa Rigozzi; and the model, Manuela Frey.
With Verbier known for its thrilling slopes, gourmet culture, and vibrant après-ski scene, the boutique perfectly complements OMEGA’s longstanding connection to sports, including its role as Official Timekeeper of the next Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
