In the heart of Davos, a resort is being built that combines a modern lifestyle with well-being and health in a unique way. The developer is Davos Resort SA, with HRS involved as the general contractor.
Elevation Davos offers 120 serviced 2 ½- and 3 ½-room flats for sale in conjunction with a hotel service. In addition, 22 3 ½-room and spacious 4 ½-room condominium flats are being built under the project name Parkview. The project envisages the construction of six new building complexes, each with one underground and six above-ground storeys, as well as a two-storey car park with 253 parking spaces. A hotel lobby, various retail spaces and a restaurant, as well as areas for medical fitness and a spa, will be built facing the promenade.
The site was previously occupied by the Hotel Derby. This is currently being demolished and will no longer be used during the winter season. As an interim use, the car park could still be used for the WEF. Construction work will begin in spring 2025 with the excavation work. The owners will enjoy the highest level of hotel service in their own rooms. During their absence, a comprehensive service will take over the subletting, without risk or additional expense for the owners.
